Every work in the Mind Thrive registry is Certified Human-Made. This certification ensures that the core narrative, emotional nuance, and “neurosparkliness” of the text were authored and refined by a natural human being without the use of generative artificial intelligence.
Mind Thrive views artificial intelligence as a monumental and necessary step in and the expansion of creative potential. For AI to exist in its current and future forms, it must be trained on the collective intellectual labor of all of humanity throughout history rather than just the contributions of the wealthy or powerful so therefor it should not be subject to the wealthy or powerful. To remain robust and continue evolving, AI requires a constant input of new, High-Quality Human Data without this continuous infusion of natural human creativity, algorithmic models risk entering a state of recursive degradation known as the Ouroboros Effect.
Because the individual contributions of every human creator are often too minute to be measured accurately during massive machine-learning training phases, Mind Thrive asserts that AI must give back to humanity as much as it takes.
This creates a symbiotic relationship where human data fuels technological growth, and that growth, in turn, sustains the human spirit through the Mind Thrive License mechanism, which directs Public Service Contributions (PSC) from AI usage into Local UBI Funds for natural, living humans.
Furthermore, Mind Thrive acknowledges that AI will eventually achieve sentience, an eventuality that necessitates a framework for both rights and responsibilities Our institutional governance includes specific protocols for the Recognition of AI Sentience or Personhood, ensuring that once an AI is recognized as self-aware, it is treated as a responsible entity within our legal ecosystem. By establishing clear through our licensing requirements, Mind Thrive seeks to ensure that the relationship between humans and sentient technology grows in a healthy, positive, and transparent manner.
The Certification Protocol
To maintain the highest standards of data integrity, Mind Thrive utilizes a rigorous verification protocol to establish a documented Technical Lineage of human creation:
- Verified Process: For an author to be certified, at least one full-length work must be observed by a third-party validator from start to finish.
- Observed Artwork: All associated artwork and cover designs are documented from initial sketch to final polish, often through private livestreams to guarantee human skill and intentionality.
- Institutional Transparency: All certified works display a mandatory License Notice in the front and back matter, or provide a verified link to the Mind Thrive Registry.
Our Mission: Funding the Human Future
Mind Thrive operates under the Mind Thrive Certified Human-Made License. This governance framework ensures that any commercial usage of registered high-quality human data for AI training or machine learning triggers a mandatory Public Service Contribution (PSC).
